The Imperial Corporate Training Institute offers a specialized financial audit training course known as Quality Assurance in Auditing. This course is designed to give professionals a structured, hands-on understanding of audit quality assurance frameworks. The focus of this course is to ensure audit engagements consistently meet the following requirements: professional standards, regulatory compliance, and organisational expectations. Quality assurance principles are planned, implemented, monitored, and developed from the point of engagement acceptance to final report delivery and post-audit reviews.
In addition to learning about international standards for audit quality management, participants will also study how to identify auditor performance indicators, create internal review systems and continue processes that will improve audit quality throughout the life cycle. They will also develop the necessary skills to design and implement a quality control system, assess audit performance, comply with professional standards and respond to internal and external inspections.
