The Lean Six Sigma Green Belt for Oil and Gas Quality Improvement Training Course is provided by the Imperial Corporate Training Institute and helps prepare employees for an efficient way of reaching quality excellence through process optimization and waste elimination by using better methodologies within the oil and gas industries. The course combines Lean Principles and Six Sigma methodologies to provide the participant with operational efficiencies, thus allowing for the maximization of profits and positive impacts from upstream, midstream, and downstream operations to become more efficient.
