Cancellation Policy

Pre-Course Cancellation

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing and received at least three (3) weeks prior to the scheduled course start date. A processing fee of US$ 250.00 per delegate will be charged for each cancellation. Requests received after this period will not be eligible for a refund; however, we welcome a substitute delegate to attend in your place at no additional cost.

All course registrations with Imperial Corporate Training Institute are non-refundable. By registering for a program, you agree that all fees are payable in full and are not subject to refund under any circumstances, including but not limited to changes in personal or professional commitments, dissatisfaction, or partial attendance.

Imperial Corporate Training Institute reserves the right to make necessary adjustments to course content, trainers, or schedules where required, without entitling delegates to a refund. Full course details, including objectives, content, and intended audience, are clearly outlined prior to registration, and it is the responsibility of each delegate to ensure the suitability of the program before booking.
